I wasn’t there, but a video recorded at that talk gave me enough of an idea of the slide he was using to hunt for the source image. I think it’s from this USGS book/pdf on Hawaii Volcanoes by Poland et alia.
His slide is missing some of the text labels in that pdf, so I hid those that he didn’t use. Also, he added an arrow showing the direction of magma draining from the summit down to the LERZ, so I added a similar sized arrow in the same spot.
